Dashboard Overview
Navigate the Thrive dashboard: sidebar, command bar, widgets, and mobile PWA.
Layout Anatomy
The Thrive dashboard is built around three persistent interface elements: the sidebar, the market ticker, and the command bar. Understanding these three components lets you navigate the entire platform without ever feeling lost. The main content area fills the remaining space and adapts to whichever page you are viewing.
The layout is designed for wide screens (1440px+) but fully responsive. On tablet and mobile, the sidebar is replaced by a bottom navigation bar and a hamburger menu. The market ticker hides on mobile to preserve vertical space.
Sidebar Navigation
The sidebar is the primary navigation element, fixed on the left side of the screen. It can be expanded (220px) or collapsed (60px icon-only mode) using the collapse toggle at the bottom. Your preference is persisted across sessions.
Navigation Items
The sidebar contains 13 navigation items, ordered by frequency of use. The currently active page is highlighted in pink. Hovering over any item in collapsed mode shows a tooltip with the full page name.

Sidebar Bottom Section
Below the navigation items, the sidebar displays three persistent elements: the collapse toggle button, your current credit balance (click to view detailed usage), and your user profile with account status indicator. The credit display shows both your monthly remaining credits and any purchased credits so you always know where you stand.

Market Ticker
The market ticker runs horizontally across the top of the dashboard above the main content area. It displays live prices and 24-hour percentage changes for major crypto assets. The ticker scrolls continuously and dynamically adjusts its left offset based on whether the sidebar is expanded or collapsed.
The ticker is desktop-only and hidden on mobile viewports to preserve screen real estate. You can toggle the ticker on or off from Settings → Display. Your preference is saved locally and persists across sessions.
Command Bar
The command bar is Thrive's universal search and action interface, accessible from anywhere in the dashboard by pressing Cmd+K (macOS) or Ctrl+K (Windows/Linux). It supports three types of interactions.
Page Navigation
Type any page name to jump directly to it. Fuzzy matching means you do not need to type the exact name. Typing "perf" will match "Performance", and "intel" will match "Market Intelligence". Results update in real time as you type.
Asset Search
Type a ticker symbol or token name to navigate directly to that asset's detail page. Entering "BTC", "ETH", or "SOL" instantly shows the matching asset. You can also type full names like "Ethereum" or "Solana".
Quick Actions
The command bar supports action commands like "create alert", "new journal entry", "open settings", and "view credits". These shortcuts let you trigger workflows without navigating through menus.
Power user workflow
Cmd+K → type destination → Enter. You can reach any page on the platform in under two seconds without touching the mouse.Widget Customization
Several pages on the platform, most notably Market Intelligence and the Workbench, use a widget-based layout where you can configure what data panels are visible and how they are arranged.
Market Intelligence Widgets
The Market Intelligence page features 70+ widgets organized into categories: Derivatives, Order Flow, On-Chain, Sentiment, Macro, and more. Widgets can be expanded to full-width, refreshed individually, and configured with custom parameters (timeframes, assets, thresholds). Your widget layout and preferences are persisted per category.
Workbench Dashboards
The Workbench dashboard builder lets you create fully custom dashboards with drag-and-drop widget placement, resizable panels, and auto-refreshing data queries. Dashboards can be saved, shared with a public link, and scheduled for automated email delivery.
Workbench is Pro+ only
Mobile and PWA Support
Thrive is a Progressive Web App (PWA) that can be installed on your phone, tablet, or desktop for a native-like experience. When installed, Thrive launches in its own window without the browser chrome, provides offline caching for recently viewed data, and supports push notifications for alerts.
Installing the PWA
Open Thrive in your mobile browser
Navigate to thrive.fi in Chrome (Android) or Safari (iOS) and sign in.
Trigger the install prompt
On Chrome, tap the "Install" banner that appears, or open the browser menu and select "Add to Home Screen." On Safari, tap the share icon and select "Add to Home Screen."
Launch from your home screen
Thrive now appears as an app icon on your device. Tapping it launches the full dashboard in standalone mode with a bottom navigation bar optimized for touch interaction.
Mobile Navigation
On mobile viewports, the desktop sidebar is replaced by two elements: a top header bar with the Thrive logo and a hamburger menu for full navigation, and a fixed bottom navigation bar with quick access to the five most-used pages (Dashboard, Assets, Signals, Alerts, and Settings). The market ticker is hidden on mobile to maximize content area.
